- Contact CARS: Simply reach out to CARS and let them know that you’d like to donate your vehicle to Books for Kibera. They will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that it’s as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
- Schedule a Pick-Up: CARS will arrange for a convenient pick-up of your vehicle at no cost to you.
- Receive a Charitable Gift Receipt: After your vehicle is sold, the proceeds will be sent directly to Books for Kibera, and you’ll receive a receipt for your charitable donation, which may be tax-deductible.
- Make an Impact: Your donation will go directly toward providing children with the resources they need to learn, grow, and dream big.

We strive to accept all types of donated vehicles (running or not) including cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, campers, off-road vehicles, planes, heavy equipment, farm machinery, and most other motorized vehicles.
